Golf — $225,000 plus $24,725 annual dues, including all Golf and Sport privileges: unlimited golf on the Greg Norman and Pete Dye co-designed championship course, tee times up to 7 days out (one per day per member), a 20% golf-shop discount excluding clubs, and coverage for the member's spouse and unmarried children 23 or under living at home, in full-time school, or in the military. Sport — $65,000 plus $10,000 annual dues, with a $1,200 annual food & beverage minimum (alcohol counts toward it), dining at Casa Cortese and Vyne House, fitness studio, Esprit Spa and resort pool — plus limited golf, up to six times November through April when accompanied by a full Golf Member.
