The courses

Mediterra is an exclusive, low-density equity community with homes in both North Naples and South Bonita Springs. It features two Tom Fazio championship courses (North opened 2000, South 2002) weaving through nature preserves, lakes and landforms, plus first-class practice facilities. The club is one of few in SWFL with a private beach club (about 9 miles away) and offers a fitness center and spa, resort-style pool, Har-Tru tennis, bocce, pickleball and eight miles of trails. Memberships are capped at 450 and there is a waitlist, though homes that include a membership can bypass it.
